CASTLEMAINE HEALTH AND WELLBEING EXPO

This annual event was born 13 years ago to assist the coming together of practitioners and people seeking alternatives. This is the longest running country health and wellbeing expo, run solely by volunteers to raise funds for those who need a hand up in life. It draws practitioners and visitors from Mount Alexander Shire, the surrounding areas, and many other parts of Victoria and interstate. This expo brings innovative natural therapies to the attention of many who have not experienced alternative therapies or, investigated the benefits of spiritual practices. It offers spiritual practices that benefit and uplift the individual through self-empowerment that strengthens self worth and gentle living. It does not support any one religion or natural therapy, but merely offers a smorgasbord of potential possibilities and opportunities to allow every individual to make a personal choice that best serves their quest for health and wellbeing.
